Moscow, Idaho.
Green Acres is the first "green" housing development on the Palouse. Planning, civil engineering, and design services for the project were provided by Hodge & Associates, Inc. I worked extensively on this project during my employment with HAI, providing technical, graphical, and presentation support.

The project is located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, banking and other services. A planned unit development, the small site utilizes higher zoning density to incorporate 42 small cottages, generous open space, and low water use and native landscaping. The cottages adhere to the City of Moscow's Green Building Code.

Using digital photographs, Sketchup models, and Adobe Photoshop, renderings were created. These renderings were used as part of the PUD approval process, during Planning and Zoning meetings, City Council meetings, and were later used by the developer as a marketing tool.
